How long would my chosen service take?
Each service on our website has a 'Estimated
duration of this service' field above the
price table. As the term suggests, this is
an average figure and combines the possible
time taken for that service across all
vehicle (size) groups. Actual duration of
the service can vary depending on other
factors such as the condition of the car,
number of operatives at the job , level of
efficiency of each operative and more.
What happens it it starts to rain at the
time of my service?
If extreme weather conditions prevail at the
time of your service, you may wish to
contact us to re-schedule another date/time
for your appointment. Alternatively, if we
find that the weather conditions before/at
the time of your service would not allow us
to carry out your service effectively, we
will contact you by telephone to re-arrange
another date/time.
Payment Options
First time customers can make a payment by
cash upon completion of the service or
credit/debit card over the phone, upto 24
hours before the appointment due date.
Returning and regular customers can also pay
by cheque.

We have compiled a short list of useful tips
for you that will help enhance your car
valet experience with us:
It is advisable to allow sufficient
time(1-2 hours is usually adequate depending
on distance traveled) for your vehicle to
cool down before having the exterior of your
vehicle valeted. This prevents the
occurrence of wheel stains and water spots-
a common problem caused by the reaction of
cleaning solutions on inappropriate surface
temperatures.
In extremely hot weather conditions, park
your car in a shaded area whenever possible,
if your service entails exterior cleaning as
well. This helps prevent water droplets
drying too quickly on the paintwork and
causing unsightly water spots.
Our upholstery shampooing equipment is
designed to leave the washed/treated areas
touch-dry shortly upon completion. In the
event that this cannot be achieved (possibly
due to heavily stained fabrics requiring
repeat applications), we will cover the
effected areas with plastic seat covers .
Nevertheless, it is advisable to allow a
further 1-2 hours of non-use of any
freshly-washed areas such as seats and
carpets. This allows it to dry naturally,
thereby ensuring a more revived appearance
and feel.
IMPORTANT: If you suffer from any breathing
problems or asthma, please let us know at
the time of booking so that we can make sure
that air fresheners and/or fabric refreshers
are not used for your vehicle interiors. |
